Taipei 48 Meet n Greet!

Looking for talented film crew members to join your team? Excited to meet other 48 teams and get to know your competitors? Here's your chance! This is the "Meet n Greet" social event where you will meet all registered teams, mingle, make new friends, and maybe even pick up a team member or two. Inviting all registered contestants as well as talents interested in signing up to this year's Taipei 48HFP!
* This will also be the last day for Early Bird Registration on site ($3000NTD), after this date, prices will go back to normal price ($5000NTD), so take advantage of this last call opportunity!
Kickoff
•Date: October 04th, 2019 (Friday)
•Time: 17:00- 20:00
•Place: amba Taipei Ximending ( 77 Section 2 Wuchang Street Taipei 10843 Taiwan )
* This event is mandatory for all contestants to join！
Each team will then receive notice of a precise time to come to the "Kickoff" event to draw your "genre". 18:00-19:00is exactly one hour before the competition and is when ALL teams gather for final announcements and last minute updates. We will reveal and announce the 3 elements (prop, character and line) 10 minutes before 19:00! Be ready, prepared and geared to stay awake for 48 hours straight and make the film of your life!
Dropoff

•Time: 17:00- 19:00 (last call 19:00!)
•Place: amba Taipei Ximending ( 77 Section 2 Wuchang Street Taipei 10843 Taiwan )
Exactly 48 hours later, we will be waiting at the exact location as Kickoff to collect your finished and completed film. Regulations are strict so don't be late! Any teams turning in their project after 19:00 will be immediately disqualified from the competition. Good luck and happy filming!
Premiere Screenings- Taipei 48 Film Festival!
•Date: October 19th, 2019 (Sunday)
•Time: 10:00-20:00
•Place: Taipei Shin Kong Cinemas
Here comes every filmmaker's first dream... to have your film screened in a movie theater! The most intense part is now over, so it's time to relax, kick back and enjoy the ride of your film being screened publicly where you can invite all of your friends and family to come see your film on the big screen! Screening entrance is based on ticket purchasing (tickets may be purchased on site, 200NTD each). This may only be the beginning of your film to be shown in a series of future film festivals and events!
Awards Ceremony & Wrap Party
•Date: October 19th, 2019 (Sunday)
•Time: 20:00-21:00
•Place: Taipei Shin Kong Cinemas
After the Premiere Screenings, stay tuned for the Award Ceremony following immediately after. Many "winners" of different categories will be announced and prizes will be announced, leading up to the grand prize winner of the 2019 Taipei 48HFP! The Best City Film winner will take home one roundtrip ticket to Paris to participate in the annual 2020 48HFP Int'l Competition! Don't miss your chance to take home these prizes and be a part of an Int'l Film Festival!
Now that the hardest, most draining part is over, we invite all contestants and teams to relax and celebrate the end of a great beginning of more creative movie making! Please come and join us for the last event of Taipei 48HFP this year. We wrap up with all teams coming together in the most celebrated outdoor atmosphere with drinks, music and endless mingling! We thank you for your dedicated participation and we hope to see you again next year!
